ECDC’s teaching faculty consists of full time co-lead teachers, associate teachers and assistant teachers. ECDC seeks to hire teachers who desire to team teach in an exceptional learning environment that is NAEYC Accredited, IN Licensed, IN Paths to Quality Level 4 (highest level) and committed to promoting a love of learning and to fostering creative and enthusiastic learners through a play-centered curriculum.

College students are invited to apply for part time school year or full time summer college student teacher assistant positions with ECDC. During the school year college students work between 4 and 10 hours per week around their class schedules. During the summer, college students work up to 40 hours per week in temporary, seasonal positions. They work alongside professional teachers implementing the curriculum and assisting children with activities, supervising children on the playground and supervising and supporting children on field trips.
