Maria Peacock

Mrs. Peacock began at ECDC in January 2025. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Environmental Studies and worked for 18 years at St. Joseph County Parks as a Park Interpreter. Her latter career led her to Emmons Elementary in Mishawaka, where she spent 7 years as a Literacy Aide and 2 years as a Kindergarten Aide. Mrs. Peacock has two sons, one who is in the Army, and a stepdaughter (who is expecting her first child). She spends her leisure time doing her artwork, walking/hiking outdoors, spending time with her cat Panda, and her two pet tarantulas.
