Kelly Charlton

Ms. Charlton joined ECDC in November 2025. She is a dedicated early childhood educator with five years of experience supporting the growth and development of young learners. She earned her bachelor's degree in early childhood education from Ball State University and has served various roles in the field. She is passionate about fostering positive learning environments and believes strongly in the power of collaboration with families. As both an educator and mother, she strives to create meaningful connections and support every child.
